The Data Controller uses reCAPTCHA on its websites and services to verify whether the data entry (for example, in a contact or registration form) is carried out by a natural person or by an automated program, in order to prevent the improper use of the services provided. The processing of personal data resulting from the use of reCAPTCHA is carried out by Actalis S.p.A., acting as Data Controller, and by Google Ireland Limited, acting as Data Processor.
