This technology lets you sign documents digitally without needing smart cards or USB tokens. The service is fully online, using signature certificates stored in high-security, certified data centers. Integration with the Remote Digital Signature service is managed through the Aruba Remote Signing Server (ARSS).

Choose between a dedicated setup (hosted on-premises or in an Aruba data center) or an outsourced option on a shared, high-availability platform with optional geographical disaster recovery. A Qualified Electronic Signature is the digital equivalent of a handwritten signature. When applied to an electronic document, it guarantees validity, authenticity, and integrity, ensuring the data remains untampered with and holds full legal probative value.

This service allows you to add a secure, legally valid date and time to electronic documents, creating a verifiable timestamp enforceable against third parties. Timestamping can be applied to any file, even if it is not digitally signed, ensuring an officially certified time reference. Files signed in this way remain valid for up to 30 years.

This tool allows you to add advanced electronic signatures (AdES) to a document. The document is displayed on a signature device (such as a signature pad, tablet or phone), where the signatory can use a special pen to sign – just like a handwritten signature on paper.
